I have to say this was an exceptional experience. I am not normally a fan of "salespeople." In fact, we had recently "fired" a real estate agent for simply doing nothing in our home search in Arizona. "It was all about the Benjamins." She was probably the fifth real estate agent we had met by then, and from the beginning she treated us the same as she did for all of the people who walked through the door. Even when she found out we weren't planning on seriously looking for another 3-4 months (we were doing our housing market research at that point), she dedicated time to talk to us at the open house, talk through some tips for the future, and even met with us at our home on a weekday evening as though we were already her client. Elizabeth was super helpful in terms of meeting the need to sell the house quickly and safely and for the most money. The services that she organizes are great in terms of setting up the house to make it look good for the photo shoot. The photographer was amazing and really made the house look fantastic. Beginning to end, the whole process took five weeks - stressful weeks but worth it because there were nine offers to consider.
