1. Title, Administration & Sponsorship: This contest shall henceforth be known as the “LIST WITH ELIZABETH Santa Sweepstake’s” (hereinafter, the “Sweepstakes”). The administrator of this Sweepstakes shall be, in all instances and regarding all decisions, UNIVERSAL MARKETING, LLC. The sponsor(s) of this Sweepstakes is LIST WITH ELIZABETH®.
2. Eligibility: Only adults 18 years of age or older, and having legal capacity, may enter this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes open to residents of Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia ONLY. One Winner per Household Only.
3. No Purchase Necessary: No person entering this Sweepstakes may provide any monetary consideration, or other thing of value that may be considered consideration, for an opportunity to be Sweepstakes winner. Eligible persons wishing to enter this Sweepstakes DO need to fill out the “entry blank” found online at ListWithElizabeth.com in order to enter the Sweepstakes. Eligible persons wishing to enter, acknowledge by their online digital entry the “Acknowledgements & Terms & Conditions,” that their provision of personal information does not amount to the legal concept of consideration, nor represent the provision of anything of value to the promoters, sponsors or any others of, and/or relating to, the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter: Eligible persons wishing to enter the Sweepstakes must complete the “entry blank” online at www.ListWithElizabeth.com and agree to the Terms & Conditions.” Eligible persons may submit an entry. Eligible persons may enter ONE TIME PER DAY during the contest.
5. Limitation of Liability: TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, in no event will parties offering any and all prizes of the Sweepstakes be responsible or otherwise liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages related to the Sweepstakes. Any prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. Winners agree that all prizes are provided “as is” without any warranty, representation, or guarantee of any kind relative to the use or enjoyment of the prize, including without limitation, its quality, merchantability, or fitness of a particular purpose.
6. Odds and Winner Selection: Five (5) entrants to the Sweepstakes will be chosen as winners. The winners will be chosen by random. No “odds,” probability, statistical likelihood, or other mathematical formulation can be offered as it is unknown how many persons will enter the Sweepstakes. Winners will be notified via email and phone. Winners must respond by 5:00PM on SATURDAY DECEMBER 12, 2020 in order to redeem the prize.
7. Collection of Prize: The Santa Claus Virtual Video call and/or Phone Call will be the full extent of the prize offered. This prize can only be redeemed by being available to accept a video call and/or phone call from Santa at a time and date prearranged with Santa Claus on or before December 25, 2020. There shall be no guarantee as to the length of time the video/phone call from Santa shall be. The call shall be based on the opportunity for Santa to speak and visit with all participating members of each winning household.
8. Requirements: In order to facilitate the Video Phone call, winners must have an ability to accept video calls through either internet and/or FaceTime. Administrators will attempt in good faith to utilize a variety of online platforms to facilitate the Video Call between winner(s) and Santa. However, should the winner(s) not be able to communicate through online video, the prize will be substituted for a voice phone call from Santa.
2020 Santa Claus Sweepstakes –Terms & Conditions
1. Entry into this Sweepstakes is limited to the dates of NOVEMBER 15, 2020 to DECEMBER 21, 2020.
2. All taxes and fees owed to local or federal government are the responsibility of the winner(s).
3. Winners will be featured on ListWithElizabeth.com website and its related social media accounts and in any other promotional materials selected by Sweepstakes offeror(s).
4. All persons entering this Sweepstakes, whether eligible or not, consent to the use, but not sale, of the personal information provided in the “entry blank.” This information will not be shared with any organization or entity other than those offerors and/or sponsors disclosed to entrants above.
5. All Winners are solely responsible for adherence to any and all social distancing and other requirements required, suggested, or encouraged by the Centers for Disease Control, the State of Virginia and any other local, state or federal authority.
