A luxury community found near Springfield, VA, High Grove Estates offers a desirable location. It’s an HOA neighborhood with lots of amenities to offer residents. Let’s take a bit of a closer look at what High Grove Estates has to offer.

Real Estate in High Grove Estates

There are 148 luxury single-family homes and another 15 townhomes found in High Grove Estates. A variety of home sizes are found throughout with several different models to choose from. Homes range from four to six bedrooms with the townhomes offering three bedrooms.

It’s common to find homes ranging from just over 3,100 square feet to more than 6,600 square feet in size. This community was completed in 2006 and some homes date back to 1995.

The townhomes are pretty close in size with square footage options from 1,944 to 1,964.

The Homeowner’s Association in High Groves Estates

There is an HOA in this community with a website and a newsletter. The newsletter is called The Highlander and it comes out three times a year. The HOA president also posts a monthly letter on the website. The website also features an online version of the newsletter, service providers in the area, and classified ads for High Grove Estates.

When the newsletter comes out, it will provide articles about the community and any upcoming events. It will also provide contact numbers, when necessary. There is also an e-mail list that all residents are welcome to join with information about the community.

The HOA also sponsors an annual block party. This party is one of the main events in High Grove Estates every year.

The Location of High Grove Estates

With one of the most desirable locations, High Grove Estates is close to three major interstates. It’s found near Interstates 95, 495, and 395. The location gives you easy access to plenty of shopping, entertainment, and dining options. Franconia Park is found just outside the community with Monticello Woods Park just a little further away.

The closest area for shopping is the Springfield Town Center about 2 miles away. Residents can also enjoy easy access to the Fairfax Sportsplex found just 4 miles from the community. residents can also enjoy having the Kingstowne Town Center nearby with a 16-screen movie theater and plenty of shopping.

Alexandria is about 10 miles from High Grove Estates, while Washington D.C. is about 16 miles away. With the location of this community, it’s easy to access everything you need and so much more.

Residents can also use the Franconia-Springfield Metro station for blue line trains. It’s found very close to the community.

For military relocation, this community is found near Fort Belvoir, Fort Myer, Bolling Airforce Base, Andrews Air Force Base, and the Pentagon. All are close enough to commute to, along with two Coast Guard stations. Even if you need to catch a flight, the Ronald Reagan National Airport is close by.

Amenities at High Grove Estates

While the location offers plenty of things to do nearby, the amenities within the community are also very good. You can enjoy plenty of parks throughout with athletic fields, basketball courts, a volleyball court, playgrounds, and tennis courts. There is even a carousel and plenty of picnic areas to enjoy. The community also features horseshoe pits.

There are some indoor amenities found within the community, too. you can enjoy an indoor swimming poot, fitness center, sauna, multi-purpose rooms, racquetball courts, basketball courts, and an indoor track. no matter the time of year, you can enjoy plenty of options with the Lee District Park and RECenter found nearby.
