One Loudoun in Ashburn is Loudoun County’s version of the Reston Town Center. One Loudoun is a hip spot to spend a day or evening. One Loudoun features an open plaza with shops, restaurants, and lots to do. The courtyard has fountains, seating, a grass play area for kids, high-tech games, and gigantic widescreen TVs. During the summer there is live music and a “splashground” for the little ones. The plaza is anchored by an Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. There are many diverse places to eat throughout the plaza: Bar Louie, Matchbox, the Washington Redskins-themed Hail & Hog Kitchen and Tap, Pind Indian Cuisine, Pho Royal, Okada (Japanese restaurant and sushi bar), World of Beer, Zoe’s Kitchen, Uncle Julio’s, and more! For treats try The Meadows for original frozen custard, or the Tropical Smoothie Café. You can enjoy shopping at Great Gatherings for the latest in indoor game room entertainment, Comfort Shoes, Northern Outfitters, Evolve Salon and Spa, and Boho Nation for women’s fashion. Coming soon are Nothing Bundt Cakes, Barnes & Noble, a trendy coffee shop, and the Children’s Learning Adventure. One Loudoun hosts the Ashburn Farmers Market every Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon. There is also Central Park and the Barn Amphitheater, which hosts outdoor and indoor events and concerts. Recently, One Loudoun held its annual Christmas tree lighting. Every summer One Loudoun hosts a Downtown Fest that includes live performances, magicians, and face painters. There is even a tentative plan to build a minor league baseball stadium! Nearby is the Topgolf entertainment venue. One Loudoun is easy to get to by car and is located off Route 7 and the Loudoun County Parkway. Or take the Dulles Toll Road to the Greenway. One Loudon will be even more accessible once Metro’s Silver Line is complete in 2018! With the addition of the Silver Line, One Loudon is poised to become a top destination in Northern Virginia!
