  Elizabeth Kline is the best: We decided on List with Elizabeth to be our agent for the sale of our Springfield house after an initial visit (i.e. interview} at our home. At the end of the visit we found her so personable, that we felt we had made a new friend. This was quite a contrast to other agents we interviewed. Elizabeth stayed in touch with us regularly while we looked for a new home out of the Northern Virginia area. And when we closed on our new home and were concerned about the sale of our house in Springfield, Elizabeth was both reassuring and honest about the likelihood of a quick sale. She advised us of modest recommendations for improvements to enhance the value, which we did. We moved into our new home and Elizabeth put our house in Springfield on the market. It is at that point that Elizabeth’s expertise came forth. She set a price that wouldn’t undervalue the house, but wouldn’t discourage buyers from Elizabeth’s perceived market for this type and location. And from this, she negotiated the sale of the house for a price well beyond the list, and did so in a matter of a few days. And she stayed with us with valuable advice clear through the closing and afterwards. At one point before closing, vandals broke a window trying to get into the vacant house, and upon being notified, Elizabeth’s husband, Kevin, went to the house and boarded up the broken window. When you choose Elizabeth, you also get Kevin, a truly great guy. Elizabeth, as she had done for any repair needs, throughout the selling of our house, had at hand a company that could fix the window, and who did so at a very reasonable cost.   Elizabeth was super helpful in terms of meeting the need to sell the house quickly and safely and for the most money. The services that she organizes are great in terms of setting up the house to make it look good for the photo shoot. The photographer was amazing and really made the house look fantastic. Beginning to end, the whole process took five weeks - stressful weeks but worth it because there were nine offers to consider. Elizabeth and her team were easy to work with and I would recommend that anyone in the Springfield area to add her to their list of agents to interview.

  As my wife and I pondered selling the home in which we had raised our family and lived for over 42 years, we had no real concept of the process. We knew that we were living in what some considered a “hot” real estate market. In travels around our neighborhood, we had seen many homes with a sign that said, “List with Elizabeth” and they did not appear to be on the market long. We met with Elizabeth Kline at the end of September 2021, and she did her best to convince us that she and her team should market and sell our home.
