Filled with single-family homes, condos, and townhomes, there is something for everybody here. Choose from three floor plans for the single-family homes, three for the townhomes, and two for the condos.

Single-Family Homes

Single-family homes come in a variety of sizes with three floor plans. The Ward floor plan offers three or four bedrooms with 2.5 to 4.5 bathrooms and a two-car garage. It will provide 2,294 square feet of living space.

The Hunt floor plan also offers three or four bedrooms but has between 3.5 and 4 bathrooms with a two-car garage. This floor plan will provide 3,130 square feet of living space.

The largest floor plan is The Lyon, which offers three to five bedrooms with 2.5 to five bathrooms and 3,298 square feet. This floor plan also includes a two-car garage.

Condos

The Brannon is the smaller of the two condo floor plans. This floor plan will cover 1,434 square feet with two or three bedrooms and between one and 2.5 bathrooms.

The Abigail floor plan will range from 1,434 to 1,858 square feet. These condos will also have two or three bedrooms with one to 2.5 bathrooms.

Townhomes

All townhomes have three or four bedrooms with two-car garages. They will have between two and 3.5 bathrooms, as well. The Fillmore offers a 3,100 square foot floor plan, while the Huntington offers a 3,065 square foot floor plan.

The Potomac offers 3,078 square feet, so all three are pretty close to the same size. Both the Huntington and the Potomac have floor plans with four bedrooms.

The residents living at The Crest of Alexandria can enjoy a round of golf at Fort Belvoir Golf Club. It’s found less than two miles away and offers two championship 18-hole courses to enjoy.

The very large Huntley Meadows Park is also found not far from the community. The park offers plenty of trails and natural areas to enjoy. It’s also home to the Norma Hoffman Visitor Center and Historic Huntley.

With surrounding communities, such as West Springfield, Springfield, Mt. Vernon, and Franconia also close by, there are many other things to do just a short drive from the community.
